I need to know what is the best shade of Amazing Base for medium cool skin tone (and I have brown hair and blue eyes). Please, please let me have some input. I just can figure it out for myself.

HI there,

It is impossible to color match you without seeing you. Your best bet is to visit one of our partners. You can find one near you here: http://iredale.know-where.com/iredale/

Natural is a good medium shade for cool skin tones, but again, it's hard to say without seeing you. Also, our minerals are very forgiving, so it is easy to get a good match with any shade that is close. I can wear two or three shades even within a season and they look fantastic!

I have vitilago and was wondering if you thought your product would cover the white patches. At the moment I am using mineral powder when going out on my hands and arms, it has not gone to my face yet but it is on my shoulders and feet, fake tans will not cover the non pigment areas as all. Hoping you can help or maybe tell me a product that can help. Thanking you, Margaret Spence.

HI, Margaret! Yes, our minerals will camouflage your white patches. Apply the loose minerals with the flocked sponge. Make sure you are using enough of the powder to really ensure coverage and spray it with the hydration mist so it was adhere faster. If you need more coverage, use additional layers of mineral powder. You can also consider using Disappear or Circle/Delete in the appropriate shade layered between mineral powder layers. Apply the wet concealer with the Jane Iredale Camouflage 10 brush and you should be on your way to Vitiligo Victory!! Good luck--Kevin Mendelson/Artist & Global Educator/IMC
